If you live in North Alabama or South Central Tennessee you are welcome to come by the showroom and see J C's designs. We recommend you call or email ahead to confirm store hours. Store hours can vary at different times of the year.

Make sure to add shipping/insurance charges to the cost of the piece which can be calculated through the cart. Alabama residents must add 4% sales tax to the cost of the item(s) before shipping and handling charges. Be sure to include your phone number with shipping information so we can call you if there are any questions concerning your order.

RETURN POLICY
Jewelry that was not created as a special order or custom order may be returned for Refund, Credit or Exchange within 5 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. This policy will be strictly followed.
Call 1-256-574-6461 or email us through the Contact Us page before retuning an item to obtain a return authorization number. We cannot accept a return without an authorization number. Any scratched, altered, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for refund or exchange. If any damage occurred during the original shipment, then it is the responsibility of the shipping service to rectify. After the jewelry has been inspected, and all is well, refund will be issued in its original form (credit card credited, funds from check returned in a check, etc.). The refunded amount will be less the original shipping charges.
Any items that are customized (ring sizing, adding stones, changing stones etc.) are not returnable for refund.
For your security, please return item(s) with an insured courier (USPS insured or UPS) and retain your shipping receipt. J Caudle & Co. is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
SHIPPING/INSURANCE INFORMATION
Item(s) ordered will be shipped within one (1) to five (5) days of payment confirmation.
All shipping charges include insurance on the total amount purchased.
All items will be shipped with insurance.
A signature is required upon delivery.
All items are shipped United States Postal Service. We can offer Express Mail Insured (overnight) or Priority Mail Insured (2-3 days). Both options require a customer signature upon delivery. We have found this method of shipping the most reliable and secure.
When the total value of the package reaches higher values ($1,000's) the shipping on the two options in the cart can get expensive. Registered Mail is an option that is very secure, lesser in price (in most cases) but will take longer to receive. If you prefer this shipping service just call and we will calculate the charges and time frame. When a package reaches the limits of the postal service threshold for Express Mail or Priority Mail, the item will be shipped Registered Mail. The shipping and insurance fees are based on the total amount of your order.
Credit card orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address. Should you need the shipment to an alternate address for a gift or other reason, please talk to us for alternate solutions. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
At the present time we do not take international orders.
Item availability is subject to prior sale.
An insurance appraisal is given with each piece over $500.00. If the piece of jewelry is under $500, you may purchase an insurance appraisal for $20. The insurance appraisals are done by our Graduate Gemologist. |
